- Experienced Drivers Start at $.70/mile
- Inexperienced Drivers Start at $.67/mile
- Continuous pay raises until reaching top pay
- All trailers are driver friendly- no manual tarping
- 80% preloaded trailers for OTR
- Deliver to the same customers so routes are familiar
- Paid Practical Miles + Mileage Incentive Plan
- 2 weeks of paid hands-on training for inexperienced glass drivers
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 For Experienced Drivers + $650 Quarterly Safety Bonus

Requires at least 1 year of recent over the road experience
