For the 2023 fall semester, TLD will be awarding two scholarships of $1,500.00 each. Applicants must be a current employee, independent contractor, or the child (stepchild) of an employee or independent contractor. Applicants must have a GPA of a 3.0 or greater and be enrolled in any college or university for the 2023 Fall Semester. The scholarship will be awarded and paid directly to the university in one increment of $1,500.00.
Qualifications: Scholarship will be awarded based on scholastic achievement while maintaining full time status. Applicant must show high character and integrity. This scholarship will be awarded without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, equal pay, disability, or genetic information.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a current employee or independent contractor, or the child (stepchild) of a current employee or independent contractor at TLD Logistics at the time of award.

The total amount of the scholarship will be $1,500.00 for the semester per recipient. The employee or independent contractor attributed to this scholarship must be actively working for TLD Logistics at the time of award. TLD Logistics will mail the scholarship check directly to the college or university for distribution. Scholarship monies are to be used for tuition purposes only.
The scholarship will be voided on the basis of expulsion or dismissal from school or discontinuance of the education process. The scholarship may also be voided if the student does not maintain full-time status or his/her GPA drops below 3.0, and /or if the employee or independent contractor is no longer employed by TLD Logistics. TLD Logistics Services reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship at their discretion.
