Annual Average Salary: $42-45k (based on experience) + commissions on every load booked

Our Customer Account Coordinator will work with customer stakeholders. Tasks include order building, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, providing shipment updates and assisting the account representative team in other daily tasks. Other responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Interact with customer stakeholders
- Interact with partner carriers to provide tracking and tracing
- Multitask between various forms of communication (email, phone, text, IM)
- Prioritize operational tasks throughout the day
- Focus on attention to detail
- Rely on sense of urgency around time sensitive requests
- Request pick-up & delivery appointments (phone, email, websites)
- Rely on individual critical thinking skills to assist with day-to-day logistics events
- Work with direct manager to provide customer quotes
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Education & Experience Requirements
- Any logistics experience is a preferred but not required
- Restaurant / high paced work environment experience
- Located within 45 minutes of our Cedar Bluff Knoxville location
- Associate’s Degree or above
- Experience in logistics or transportation
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Good organizational, verbal, and written skills a must.
- Ability to focus and multi-task, detail oriented.
